Product Exchange Procedure
If the product you purchased does not fit or you do not like it, we offer you the option to exchange it for a different size or another product of the same or higher value.
Exchange Conditions
Contact within 24 Hours: You must contact us on the same day you receive your order. If contact is made later than 24 hours, the exchange will not be accepted, and it will be assumed that you wish to keep the product.
How to Contact Us: To initiate the exchange process, please contact us on our Instagram @ambarmk or Facebook profile AMBAR.MK. We will provide you with the steps and guidelines for making the exchange.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags, barcode, and must be unworn.
Keeping the Shipping Receipt: To complete the exchange, you need to keep the shipping receipt of the product you wish to return (this document is included inside the package with the product you previously ordered).
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product, which is only 3 euros.
Processing Time for Exchanges: Once we receive the exchange request, it may take up to 15 business days to process. (If there are public holidays and weekends, delivery may take longer than usual.)
IMPORTANT: AN EXCHANGE FOR AN ORDER CAN ONLY BE MADE ONCE! IF THE NEW ORDER IS FOR AN EXCHANGE, NO FURTHER EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR IT!
